The Chapter Challenge

It's game time. Want to know what it takes to lead a Chapter, how to balance resources, time, and money - and deal with more curve balls than the MLB? If your answer is "yes," it's time for The Chapter Challenge! Launching at HASNAC '24, The Challenge (a first-of-its-kind learning experience) will immerse you and your fellow Brothers in the demanding world of Psi-Psi Zeta. Will you crash and burn or create a lifetime of Brotherhood? Only time will tell.

Whether it's discovering our Core Values and embracing the true essence of brotherhood or honing the skills to be a stellar team leader, the Academy has a treasure trove of bite-sized, relevant resources that reflect real-life experiences. We offer only what works, making the Academy the ultimate destination for learning.

The Birkman Method

In 1951, Dr. Roger W. Birkman created The Birkman Method to measure personality characteristics that influence behaviors, motivations, and perceptions.

The Birkman Method measures various personality traits to provide insights on how they might interact in a team setting. Though rooted in a desire to understand why pilots reacted differently under the same circumstances, Birkman is now focused on helping companies build more effective teams, develop their talent, and do better work.
