Great weekend in Arizona with my fellow Lambda Chi Brothers at the Stead Leadership Seminar where I learned how to develop and lead training. My biggest takeaway is to not take the learner for granted. You have to engage and make the learning relevant from the get-go. Looking forward to employing the tactics and techniques from#GA59
