    • Understand how to use Ideal Man to onboard Associate Members and Stead Leadership College to train core High Zeta Officers 
    • Prepare your Chapter for upcoming legislation at the 60th General Assembly

           Receive the Tools to Lead Your Chapter to Success

  • By the end of conference, you will be equipped to:
    • Recruit and lead your Advisory Board 
    • Support the High Alpha's plan that drives Chapter operations for a calendar year
    • Learn your personal communication style through a personality assessment from the Birkman Institute   
    • Understand how to use Ideal Man to onboard Associate Members and Stead Leadership College to train core High Zeta Officers 
    • Prepare your Chapter for upcoming legislation at the 60th General Assembly

 

Registration

Registration for the 2024 High Alpha Summit and Neville Advisor's College closes December 1st. After this day, your Chapter will no longer meet the scholarship requirements, and your Chapter will be billed if you are in attendance of the event or not. If you register before the December 1 deadline and do not attend the event, you are not eligible to meet the scholarship requirements and your Chapter will be billed $1700. 

High Alpha Summit was one of the most transformative events of my time as a High Alpha. I created a long-term vision for my Chapter, developed leadership skills, and built relationships with Brothers that I am still close with today. The experiences I had helped to shape me into the Brother I am today!"
